Join Abbott’s innovative Heart Failure (HF) business. We are seeking passionate and driven commercial professionals to support the growth, adoption, and clinical excellence of our Heart Failure portfolio focused on CardioMEMS, making it the standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive therapy and market development by supporting strategic centres and educating referring physicians on CardioMEMS.
- Utilise a strong network of non‑clinical stakeholders within hospitals and ICBs to support patient access to CardioMEMS.
- Develop and deliver Heart Failure education programmes for the UK&I market.
- Manage key accounts, including physicians, KOLs, and procurement teams.
- Provide procedure support in Cath Labs.
- Communicate Abbott’s Heart Failure value proposition through coordinated internal and external messaging.
- Collaborate with European colleagues on strategy, best practice, and marketing initiatives.
- Support cross‑divisional activities to maximise opportunities across the portfolio.
- Deliver implant forecasting, market intelligence, and maintain strong referral networks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent.
- Comprehensive ability to analyse and evaluate technologically complex devices.
- Ability to work with others effectively and prepare and present written and verbal communications.
- Familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations and procedures.
- Documented record of delivering strategic marketing information.
- Expert verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with personal computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Field sales experience required; experience in a Cath Lab / operating theatre in a sales environment preferred.
- Professional training/education certification or designation.
- Significant business travel (75% of the time).
