With a fast-growing portfolio that includes advanced mapping systems, ablation catheters, and remote monitoring solutions, Abbott empowers clinicians to restore healthy heart function and improve patient outcomes.
We are recruiting for an experienced Regional Sales Manager, responsible for EP revenues and managing the field team in Northern England, Scotland & Ireland. As a Regional Sales Manager you will:
- Provide first (and second) line management to the team allocated and be fully responsible for all HR related activities including coaching and development for all direct and indirect reports.
- Be accountable for the results of sales revenues of the EP portfolio.
- Liaise effectively with team and wider support staff to ensure implementation of defined strategies developed with the purpose of increasing market share and revenue generation.
- Be able to effectively communicate the rationale of using Abbott's EP products and develop a deep understanding of the market, including competitor offerings.
What you'll need:
- A Degree in life science or equivalent.
- Significant medical sales experience in medical devices, ideally in a similar sales management role, with cardiology preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong communication skills.
- Results orientated, strategic thinker, problem solver, with good negotiation skills.
- Ethical character.
