As a (Senior) Field Technical Engineer within our Electrophysiology (EP) team , you will be responsible for providing expert support and advice on the use of the Abbott EP portfolio within the South West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert clinical consultation, training, and support on the use of all EP products and their appropriate application in the clinical setting.
- Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of current and new therapies and technologies within the therapy area, including competitor devices, as well as understanding the dynamics of the healthcare market in the country.
- Providing technical support to the EP salesforce.
- Conducting product presentations and participating in stand duty at exhibitions when requested, responding to technical questions from EMEA or customers.
What you\’ll need:
- A BSc in a science-related degree is preferred.
- Significant experience with electrophysiology products, either within a clinical setting or in an industry role.
- Experience in 3D mapping.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
- A willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
