The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a QA Associate – Document Control to join our Quality Assurance team at our Witney site. This role supports the creation, review, and maintenance of controlled documentation within our systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates that align with business needs and regulatory expectations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates, supporting the integrity of our Quality Management System in a regulated, high-performing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the originating and reviewing of documents within our systems
- Ensure records are accurate, maintained, and periodically reviewed
- Progress document changes through the system in line with business timelines
- Collaborate with teams to ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within document control processes
Education & Experience
- Secondary level education including English and Maths (minimum requirement)
- Experience working in a procedural or document-based quality environment
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in a regulated environment is desirable
