As a result of strong business growth, industry-leading product development in the biosensor business and a long-term commitment to high volume manufacturing in our Witney Centre of Excellence, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Operations Engineering team.
The role of the Project Engineer will focus on managing, developing and performing process equipment validations for our bespoke machines used to manufacture and test our medical devices. You will provide technical project management input, and become an engineering point of contact working in wider project teams. You will be able to own project tasks and deliverables, responsible and committed to ensure that agreed project deliverables meet the requirements. You will manage complex capital projects with suppliers and subcontractors (including occasional site visits), collaborating with different stakeholders across the business in an inclusive and dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a degree level education in an Engineering discipline, along with proven experience in Project Engineering. You will have a thirst for problem solving, an interest in automated machinery, and an inquisitive mind to explore technical opportunities. As we operate in a highly-regulated industry, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow procedures and create accurate documents and records of your work. In addition, we would look for you to share your experience with other team members, acting as a role model/mentor to those you work alongside.
