Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of tailored training programmes aligned to customer needs, utilising virtual and face‑to‑face formats across hospitals, community settings, pharmacies and private healthcare providers.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Afinion and Cholestech LDX platforms, providing technical understanding of the product portfolio, governance, quality processes, enabling troubleshooting and complaint monitoring.
- Support the technical components of tender submissions.
- Work cross‑functionally with marketing, training, technical services, global product management and commercial teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and increase product utilisation, driving customer engagement and retention.
- Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as customer record keeping, activity in Salesforce, rolling forecasts, monthly highlights, expenses, and training records in line with divisional standards.
- Manage samples, demo devices, promotional expenses and maintain close relationships with key accounts.
- Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with the company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
