Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex digital health projects from initiation to completion, ensuring key milestones and objectives are met.
- Drive improvements, standardisation, and efficiency across project management processes, tools, and training.
- Manage project governance, ensuring best practice and compliance are consistently applied.
- Develop and execute robust project plans aligned with business and customer needs.
- Oversee resource planning, installation, and go-live activities.
- Build strong relationships and provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including customer and third-party stakeholders.
- Support key account implementations and major customer requirements.
- Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder forums internally and externally.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in project/program management within the digital health or diagnostics industry with a track record of delivering highly complex projects successfully.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required; degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar preferred.
- Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
- Highly organised, results-driven, and solution-oriented.
