Essential job Responsibilities Objectives:
- Supporting the business to spot, shape and deliver opportunities to meet the short- and long-term business vision and PCIO France goals while driving sustainable growth through data-driven insight, customer-centric marketing, winning innovation beyond product, and flawless execution.
- Engaging with KOL, scientific societies, ministry of health to build plan to increase awareness and adoption of PCIO (Imaging, Physiology & Orbital).
Responsibilities:
- Operationalize PCIO plan revenue & Divisional Margin achievement.
- Achievement of market share goals and value maximization for all PCIO product areas.
- Effective development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities throughout France.
- Brand Differentiation and Value Preservation / Creation.
- Adapting global and region marketing strategies to local market needs.
- Geography influencer and monitor of market activities across EMEA.
- France lead for input into, and high-level execution of, regional strategies across EMEA geography for maximum impact and outcomes to the PCIO business.
- Work in close cooperation and influence EHQ and global Marketing to ensure optimal implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives in France.
- Partner with the EMEA marketing group to develop the products and materials that support our strategies.
- Link and implement programs together with the Medical Affairs group to create preferential market growth & share attainment.
- Equip the sales team with expertise and ability to support PCIO cases autonomously.
- Monitoring and Intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends and competitive strategies.
- Provide insights for financial planning and forecasting as well as strategic planning exercises.
- Understands, analyzes and accurately interprets key financial performance indicators for PCIO business and how AV solutions will impact targeted financial objectives.
- Manage one alternant to drive PCIO tactics implementation in France.

- Advanced (local) marketing experience.
