Abbott Nutrition is delighted to offer a marketing internship within the Reimbursed marketing team in the UK. This team works closely with HCPs across the NHS, where our medical nutrition products are prescribed to patients via healthcare professionals. The marketing intern will get an opportunity to be a part of the brand team and be accountable for executing marketing strategies and tactics. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain experience in omni-channel marketing to HCPs while collaborating with a broad cross‑functional team.
Some of the key highlights of the role will include:
- Co‑creating brand plans and marketing campaigns
- Developing materials to support campaigns (concept to execution)
- Delivering media and marketing activation calendar
- Assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web)
- Conducting competitor analysis
- Supporting with budget management
This opportunity is suitable for a student studying towards a degree (Bachelors or Integrated Masters) in a Marketing or Business-related topic and would form part of a year in industry requirement. You will be confident at working independently as well as part of a team, demonstrate a creative flair whilst balancing this with the ability to work in a process-based environment, and offer a people-focused mindset.
Throughout the placement, you will have regular opportunities to learn, develop, grow and get coached and mentored on the job, by a fantastic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure in healthcare/nutrition marketing and working in a fast‑paced multinational culture. This role will be based at our Maidenhead site.
