The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Business Support Manager to join our Rapid Diagnostics – Infectious Disease Business. The role would be based in Abbott House, Maidenhead, Berkshire and would report to the Regional General Manager North Europe.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient commercial excellence of the sales organization by analyzing performance data and driving improvements in sales operations, managing internal and external queries, and actively managing data systems including Salesforce and SAP to ensure seamless sales operations. You will provide key business support to our commercial organization and customers (NHS and Distributors), driving excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Required qualifications/Profile
- University degree preferred
- Previous experience in a business support role is essential
- A proven track record of developing and implementing procedures within commercial operations
- Experience in call monitoring systems and strong knowledge of telephony KPIs
- SAP proficiency essential
- Salesforce CRM proficiency essential
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiency essential
- Strong project management and report writing skills essential
- Effective communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
