The Opportunity
This position is based in our Maidenhead location within the Abbott Diabetes Division. We focus on helping people with diabetes manage their health through innovative products that provide accurate data for better-informed decisions. We are revolutionizing glucose monitoring with our new sensing technology.
As the Associate Brand Manager, you will:
- Develop marketing strategies, including brand development, and implement these strategies through campaigns to meet business goals.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Define and develop marketing strategies to maximize brand growth.
- Develop and execute brand plans aligned with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams (digital, trade marketing), cross-functional teams (regulatory, finance, medical, supply, commercial excellence), regional and category marketing teams, and external partners.
- Manage innovation projects using insights, develop business cases, involve in product development, planning, customer engagement, implementation/launch, reporting, and post-launch evaluation.
- Forecast demand with high accuracy.
- Manage budget responsibilities.
- Report on brand performance, including financials and market data, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Oversee brand content development and lead internal approval processes.
Education and Experience Required:
- Degree in business and/or marketing management.
Experience:
- Proven success in brand management or related roles.
- Strong influencing and project management skills.
- Industry experience preferred.
- Ability to solve organizational problems.
- Experience working with MS Office.
