The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of construction projects from inception through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Projects typically range from £1m upwards and span a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all on‑site operations, ensuring projects run efficiently and safely
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations is consistently maintained and reviewed
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
  • Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Monitor progress against programme and report on project status
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure works are completed to specification
  • Manage site logistics, materials, and resources effectively
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise on site
  • Assist with project planning and contribute to construction programmes
