Job Description

Salary: In line with Teachers Terms and Conditions plus SEN allowance of £2,384 per annum*

Subject to pay policy changes at the LA level

Working hours: Term time only, 1265 per year, with directed time Monday- Friday, 8:30am-4pm

Contract: Permanent

Start date: March 2025

The Class Teacher will teach all subjects across the adapted and personalised curriculum and will develop their teaching expertise within their own Key Stage and across the school, contributing to a range of projects aimed at making Abbots Lea School the best place to learn and work.

The role includes line management responsibility and applicants should have either previous experience of performance management or the willingness to embrace this responsibility with support and training.
