Learning Support Assistant

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Contract Type: Part time, Permanent - 32.5 hours per week, 37 weeks per year. Working hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Salary: Grade 3 SP 4-6 (fte £25,185 - £25,989 / Actual £18,073 - £18,650 per annum)

We are seeking to appoint a committed Learning Support Assistant to support learning.

Responsibilities and style of work

We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • has a passion for education
  • can inspire a love of learning and nurture success
  • has high expectations of themselves and the children they work with
  • is highly motivated and willing to help the school on its journey of improvement
