Contract: Part-time, Permanent - 28.5 hours per week, 37 weeks per year

Salary: USP Grade 3 SP 4-6 (FTE £25,185 - £25,989 / Actual £15,849 - £16,355 per annum)

Start date: 1st September 2026

What We’re Looking For:

  • Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
  • Has a genuine passion for working with children aged 2–4
  • Demonstrates creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach
  • Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with children, families, and colleagues
  • Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities
  • Observing and recording progress to inform planning and assessment
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
  • Building strong relationships with children and their families
