The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our creative Marketing team while working closely with our intake team (Sales). Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of client conversion strategies through Salesforce, lead digital marketing initiatives, and act as the CRM ambassador across the business.
You’ll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, improving website performance, driving enquiries and converting prospects into clients all while supporting Abbots Care’s mission to deliver outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise Salesforce user journeys, automation and communications to improve lead conversion
- Lead and manage email marketing campaigns, data segmentation and prospect nurturing through the sales funnel
- Plan, execute and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Support CMS and website optimisation, including content creation, SEO and technical best practice
- Manage and grow social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, engagement and performance tracking
- Conduct marketing research to identify trends, customer insights and competitor activity
- Analyse campaign performance, KPIs and metrics, producing reports and optimisation recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations and Customer Service to align marketing with business goals
- Plan and support events, community outreach initiatives and lead-generation activities
- Create and support marketing collateral for business development, client meetings and conferences
- Stay up to date with marketing best practices, tools and trends within the social care sector
About You
- At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Experience with multichannel marketing and platforms such as Google Analytics, WordPress and CRMs
- Good understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce experience desirable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)
