Abbots Care is one of the leading home care providers across Hertfordshire, supporting people to live independently in their own homes. We are now looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly and supportive head office team in St Albans.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing, planning, and delivering digital marketing strategies that strengthen our brand and drive awareness and enquiries across Abbots Care.
The Role
- Planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote Abbots Care’s services
- Supporting and optimising our website (CMS), including content creation, SEO best practice, and technical optimisation
- Creating or developing skills in Meta Ads and PPC campaigns
- Leading email marketing activity, including data management, segmentation, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel - work closely with Intake team.
- Conducting marketing research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, using insights to inform strategy
- Managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Driving website traffic and creating compelling content to engage and convert potential customers
- Monitoring KPIs and campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve engagement, leads, and conversions
- Collaborating with internal teams such as new business, operations, and customer service to align marketing with business objectives
- Planning and coordinating events and community outreach initiatives to raise awareness and generate leads
- Supporting the creation of marketing collateral and presentations for new business opportunities, client meetings, and industry events
- Staying up to date with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices within the social care sector

Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Good understanding of multi-channel marketing methods
- Experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, WordPress, and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related qualification
