We are committed to making a meaningful difference, whereby an exciting new vacancy has arisen. We are currently recruiting for a Complex Care Support Lead.
Our Complex Care Support Lead is a vital role ensuring the delivery of safe, highâquality and personâcentred complex care to individuals with epilepsy, acquired brain injury (ABI) and spinal injuries. For this role you are required to have a clean full UK license with access to your own vehicle, as well as the right to work in the UK (we cannot accept overseas applications or Tier 2 Visa).
Within this role you will play a key role in leading shifts, delivering highâquality complex care and supporting other members of the team to feel confident and skilled in their roles whilst delivering uniquely tailored care to each client.
The ideal candidate will need to be:
- Experienced in Epilepsy care, with hands-on experience when dealing with seizures.
- Able to monitor and record concerns within each care package and liaise with care professionals.
- Able to observe for changes in health or behaviour and escalate concerns promptly.
- Willing to foster a positive, supportive working environment that reflects Abbots Care's values.
- Able to follow a unique care plan tailored to each client's needs.
- Willing to be flexible within the role in terms of placement as this role may require travel throughout Hertfordshire.
The working hours for this role are between 7am-10pm with shift work between these hours. We ask for a mix of morning shifts and afternoon shifts to help support in each package with a minimum of 1 shift every other weekend.

- Weekday rates of ÂŁ13.43 per hour, Weekend rates of ÂŁ15.50 per hour.
