FULL-TIME FINANCIAL / CREDIT CONTROL ASSISTANT - IMMEDIATE START
Applicants should have experience using Microsoft applications (particularly Excel & Word) and be confident using a desktop PC. Some accounts/credit control experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given. Must have a can-do attitude and be willing to learn. Applicants should be polite and able to converse fluently in English. The ideal candidate will also possess a good understanding of Mathematics and Excel/Google Sheets. Immediate start preferred.
DUTIES/ROLE:
- Working with External & In-House Systems
- Managing credit control
- Managing incoming and outgoing spending/purchases
- Some accounts experience desirable
- Must have good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets/Docs
- Must have a good aptitude for maths and a willingness to learn
- Be able to work within the accounts team and independently
- Immediate start preferred
WORKING HOURS:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, 40 Minute paid lunch break, 10 min paid afternoon break
BENEFITS:
Exceeds minimum wage (£13 p/h Starting Pay). Rate increases to £13.50 p/h after 3 Month Trial. Monthly Pay (PAYE).
