Working Hours: 9am-5pm (On Site)
We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Multi-Trader/Handyman who takes pride in their work and is able to hit the ground running. We need someone to start immediately who is reliable and actively looking for work. We need applicants to ensure that any finished work is left tidy and clean with excellent presentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform multi-trades/handyman work as required.
- Ensure any finished work is left tidy, clean and with excellent presentation.
- Start immediately and work reliably, unsupervised and to an excellent standard.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Experienced Multi-Trader / Handyman
- Own Vehicle & Driving Licence
Desirable:
- Experience working for a Council/Housing Association
Compensation & Benefits
- Friendly, Small/Medium Business
- £180 Per Day (Paid Weekly on Fridays)
- £20 per Day Fuel Allowance Paid
- Parking Paid for (Not Fines)
Pay & Deductions
IMPORTANT NOTE RE PAY: Payments are Subject to CIS Deductions (20% Registered or 0% – Gross Payment Status).
Example: 20% CIS: Weekly Pay = £180 x 5 = £900. Minus 20% (£180) = £720 Take Home Pay. (Remaining £180/20% is paid direct to HMRC).
Any adjustments required/overpayments etc are worked out on your annual Personal Self Assessment/Return.
