I’m currently working with a growing business within the digital services sector that is looking to appoint an Operations Coordinator to join its head office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business - helping keep things organised, supporting internal teams, and making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The role would suit someone with previous experience working in a head office, operations, or business support environment, ideally within a growing SME where people tend to wear a few different hats. The position is based in North London and offers hybrid working, with three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of head office operations
  • Coordinating with internal teams including finance, sales and customer support
  • Managing internal systems and helping maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Assisting with process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Supporting management with operational reporting and administration
  • Helping coordinate internal projects and team activity

About you

This role would suit someone who:

  • Has 2–4 years’ experience in an operations, administration or business support role
  • Is highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
  • Has strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Is confident using Excel and business systems

What’s on offer:

  • Salary in the region of £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days from home)
  • Friendly and supportive team environment
  • Opportunity to join a growing business with long-term progression

If you’re someone who enjoys being part of a busy head office environment and helping a business run smoothly, I’d be happy to have a quick conversation and tell you more about the opportunity.
