About The Role:
Based at award-winning Elie Holiday Park, the Chef will work alongside a small, but dedicated team in a fast-paced kitchen to consistently deliver a high standard of meals for customers across 3 venues: The Kincraig View Restaurant, Mirador Café and Ruddons Bar.
As an integral member of the team, you will be involved in creating inspiring and cost-effective dishes that delight our customers.
Set in a prime location at Shell Bay, Elie Holiday Park is a true hidden gem nestled behind a wide expanse of dunes and a sweeping sandy beach within an easy reach of Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy and St Andrews.
