Abbeyfield School in Northampton seeks a Youth Mentor to be a trusted adult who helps students overcome challenges, build confidence, and believe in their potential.
The role is permanent, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only (39 weeks per year).
Ideal candidates will have GCSE English and Maths at Grade 3 or above, experience supporting young people, and an empathetic, proactive approach to wellbeing.
You will work within the Pastoral Team to support student success.
