Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week, term-time only - 39 weeks per year

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and literacy skills: with English and Maths qualifications at GCSE Grade 3 (or equivalent) or above.
- Youth support: experience supporting children or young people.
- An understanding of the challenges young people face: with the ability to recognise and respond to barriers to learning, engagement and wellbeing.
- A resilient, empathetic and approachable nature: enabling you to build trust and positive relationships with students and families.
- The ability to motivate and inspire others: confidently engaging with students, parents, colleagues and wider stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
