Westall House is a CQC rated âOutstandingâ residential care home that provides care for older people in attractive and comfortable surroundings. Situated in the picturesque village of Horsted Keynes, our home benefits from beautiful views of the countryside. Our home has been carefully designed and modernised to provide a high standard of accommodation, including the main residential house, as well as a Dementia friendly wing.

The role
As one of our highly valued Night Care Assistants,you\âll be at the front line of care delivery. Youâll help residents with their individual care needs such as personal care, medical care and following social interests. Youâll build a special bond with each resident and give professional and emotional support during difficult times such as periods of illness.
You just know exactly how to make the residents feel as comfortable as possible and put a smile on their faces. Above all, youâll treat residents with kindness, respect and compassion, ensuring each individual has a choice and feeling of self worth.

Shift times: 8pm-8am. Full and part time hours available.
