Abbeyfield Living Society in Formby is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operative to join Halcyon House on a permanent contract.

This part-time role (25 hours per week) runs Monday to Friday, 9am–2pm, supporting upkeep and repairs to keep homes safe and welcoming.

You will handle day-to-day maintenance, basic DIY tasks, inspections, and equipment checks while delivering a high standard of service to residents. DBS clearance is required.
