The Role:

- Pay: £25.65 p/h
This is an opportunity to join our Nursing staffing bank, where you will enjoy the flexibility to choose which shifts you wish to work. So if you share our passion for providing top quality clinical care in a great working environment, we would love to hear from you.
Working alongside a dedicated team of nursing professionals, you will be at the forefront of clinical care provision; contributing to the promotion of high quality care, meeting CQC requirements, ensuring residents are treated with respect and dignity, and lead fulfilling lives. You'll use your clinical knowledge and expertise to develop and deliver tailored care plans for each of our valued elderly residents.
You will pride yourself in taking personal responsibility for observing and assessing, and administering appropriate treatments and medications.
Rewards & Benefits
In line with your casual (bank) worker assignment agreement, we offer competitive pay that is benchmarked regularly, and in line with those of our employed staff in similar roles. And depending on how many hours you work, you will accrue leave at an equivalent rate of 31 days paid leave in a full calendar year, inclusive of bank/public holidays (pro rata).
About You
As a professionally qualified nurse, you'll have a relevant degree or diploma, registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), with a current Personal Unique Identification Number (PIN).
