At Abbeyfield Living Society, our amazing volunteers are the heart of what we do. Without their dedication, many older people in our communities could feel isolated and alone. What skills and experience do I need?
The most important thing you bring is yourself. We have roles for everyone, regardless of experience. Your time, energy, and enthusiasm are all we need to get started. Do I need to supply references or undergo a DBS check?
The safety and wellbeing of our residents is our top priority. Our volunteering roles require two references and a DBS check.
