We are looking for caring and reliable Care Assistants to join our teams at Fern House, Bingley
24 hours per week. 4 shifts over 7 days 7am to 1pm (alternate weeekends)
Key Duties
- Provide person-centred personal care and support with daily living activities
- Promote residents’ dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Monitor health needs and report concerns to senior staff
- Assist with mobility, continence care, meals and use of equipment
- Support residents to engage in social activities and events
- Contribute to care planning and act as a Key Worker as required
About you:
- Kind, respectful and dependable
- Good spoken and written English
- Able to work the required hours
- Right to work in the UK and able to commute reliably
