Abbeyfield Group is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader for Abbeyfield House, a 16-bed Good CQC rated residential home in Bramhall, Stockport.
The role centers on ensuring residents' health and social needs are met, with responsibility for care plans, medication administration and team leadership.
You will supervise care staff, coordinate with residents and families, and take charge during emergencies.
