Abbeyfield Living Society is seeking a part-time Maintenance Operative for our site at Bradbury House, Gosforth, Seascale (CA20 1AU). The role is 10.5 hours per week, Tue and Thu, 10:00–15:15, with pay in the £13.39–£13.49 per hour range.
You will help maintain the property and perform routine repairs to ensure a safe, well-kept environment for residents. The successful candidate will work as part of a team, carrying out repairs, checks, and preventative tasks, and ensure documentation and SOPs
