Role: Care Assistant - Nights
Hours: 24 Hours. 2 x 12 hour night shifts a week plus alternative weekends
The Role of Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant at Abbeyfield Living Society, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care that reflects our values and puts residents at the heart of everything we do.
- Care & Compassion: You will support residents with their day-to-day personal care needs, including washing, dressing, eating, drinking and mobility. You will take the time to understand each individual, offering kindness, patience and empathy while promoting dignity, independence and choice.
- Community: You will help create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where residents feel safe, valued and at home. By building trusting relationships and encouraging social interaction, you will help foster a strong sense of belonging and connection within the home.
