Located in the sunny, peaceful town of Wimborne, Harlestone House boasts 12 rooms with en-suite facilities. We are looking for a chef to join our team.

- Prepare and cook varied meals from fresh ingredients.
- You need to include any dietary requirements and you must be aware of and know how to comply with current allergen legislation.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing up and ensure that the kitchen conforms to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Standards.
- Complete accurate records for the kitchen areas including risk assessments, temperature records and any other information that needs to be recorded to meet current legislation.
- Maintain the smooth running of the house in the absence of the House Staff, including resident welfare and responding to any queries and emergencies.
4 days per week (32 hours) working a 2 week rota. Alternate weekend working is included in the role.
