Abbey View School is seeking an independent Governance Professional to provide governance support to the Trust Board and manage annual governance cycles. The role is an outside contractor arrangement, around 130 hours per year, flexible with the Trust’s governance and meeting cycle.
The incumbent will advise the Chair and Trustees on governance, prepare minutes, maintain policy schedules, and oversee the governance platform.
