We are currently seeking a Mobile Response Security Officer who can handle this demanding, sometimes challenging role with composure and professionalism. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent work ethics, effective communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. This role involves a combination of lock/unlock procedures, regular patrols, and prompt response to alarm call outs, which are supported by an experienced team. The majority of shifts are 12-hour night shifts, with some weekend day shifts as well.
Responsibilities:- Perform lock and unlock procedures for various premises.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of assigned areas.
- Respond promptly to alarm call outs and take appropriate actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing work demands.
- Maintain a high level of literacy and numeracy in daily operations.
- Full UK Manual Driving License.
- Current SIA License.
- 1 year of experience in the security field (preferred).
