Office Administrator – Part-Time
We are a special school for secondary pupils (Years 7–11) with learning and additional needs. We are looking for an experienced, confident, patient and efficient Office Administrator to join our warm and friendly team.
About the Role
As an Office Administrator you will work autonomously or as part of a supportive team. You will use your initiative, maintain a caring working environment, and work independently within a busy school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day school operations and administrative tasks.
- Communicate openly with colleagues and manage competing priorities.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive working environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent IT skills and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability to work to deadlines, remain calm under pressure and work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Experience working within a school or busy office environment is advantageous.
- Confident and friendly manner, team player, good sense of humour.
Hours & Remuneration
Part‑time, 15 hours per week over 2‑3 days, term time + 1 week (40 weeks). Flexible hours (30 mins unpaid lunchbreak).
