You will also support the Delivery Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives. In return for your hard work and commitment, we offer a competitive salary, 30 days holiday (including statutory holidays), and pension. This role is full-time (44 hours per week), permanent, on a 5 & 6 day shift rotation, including weekends. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring a clean and safe working environment, especially regarding material handling equipment. Keeping the Goods In area secure at all times. Contributing to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot. Driving standards for excellent customer satisfaction to ensure a positive shopping experience. Acting as an ambassador for Bestway Wholesale. Implementing and embedding all company policies and procedures effectively. Adhering to Health & Safety policies and legislation. We’re looking for someone with: Experience in a goods-in, warehouse, or wholesale environment. Knowledge of health, safety, and retail compliance legislation. Exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks. Experience delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction results. Team-building skills and the ability to give clear directions and delegate confidently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
