Our client, an award winning 5* hotel are recruiting for an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to join their banqueting kitchen.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have proven experience within 4/5 star hotels, preferably within banqueting or high volume. You will be able to manage the section in the kitchen, be organised, have attention to detail, involved with supporting and developing junior chefs.
The position offers:
- Working 5 days out of 7.
- Approx hours per week.
- Career progression with the opportunity to progress onto Junior Sous Chef in the future.
- Excellent benefits package including discounts, company pension scheme, season ticket loan.
