Responsibilities
- Pick and check client orders in a professional and accurate manner within pre‑agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Assist with the packing of client orders as instructed by the warehouse production team leaders.
- Check and pack client orders in a professional and accurate manner within pre‑agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Process client returns accurately and efficiently as per client instructions within pre‑agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure the safe handling and custody of client stock, reporting any damaged stock to the warehouse production team leaders.
- Accurately complete all despatch documentation, where required.
- Report discrepancies in stock levels to the warehouse production team leaders.
- Practice and maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Perform to agreed productivity levels as set by the organisation.
- Follow basic health and safety within the warehouse environment.
- Carry out other duties as instructed by the Warehouse Manager.
Warehouse experience is ideal but training will be given; basic computer skills are required.
