Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and credible HR professional to join our People Services team as a People Partner. This is a key role within the Trust, working in partnership with leaders to deliver high-quality, consistent and impactful people practices that support excellent educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted People Partner to senior leaders, providing expert HR advice and constructive challenge.
    • Lead and support complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, compliance and effective risk management.
    • Drive organisational change, including restructures, TUPE and growth activity, ensuring legal compliance and positive engagement.
    • Deliver a high-quality, responsive People Service, managing operational delivery and continuous improvement.
    • Support leadership capability, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness across the Trust.
    • Use workforce data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced HR professional with strong employee relations and change management expertise and sound knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Credible communicator, able to influence, negotiate and build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Resilient, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
  • Values-led leader, committed to professionalism, integrity, inclusion and continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in managing complexity with discretion, maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
  • Someone who supports the Trust’s Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values.
