Abbey Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our central People team on a temporary maternity cover basis. The role supports eight academies with timely people advice, absence management and recruitment; hybrid working is possible.
You will handle payroll and pension administration, advise on policies, and maintain confidentiality while working across the employee life cycle. CIPD Level 3 is required, Level 5 desirable.
