We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Management Accountant to join our established Finance Team. The role sits within our Reporting Team and works closely with the Senior Management Accountant and other finance colleagues, offering excellent opportunities for development and progression.
We are seeking an AAT-qualified individual with experience in a finance environment and a strong desire to develop their management accounting skills. Experience within the education sector, particularly academies or schools, would be desirable but is not essential. Whether you are looking to build on your existing experience or take the next step in your finance career, we will provide the support, training and practical experience needed to help you succeed.
The role can be based at either our Seacroft or Calderdale office. This position would suit a finance professional who enjoys working with financial data, supporting budget holders, identifying trends and producing accurate financial information to support decision-making.
You will be:
- Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
- Experienced in a similar role or willing to undertake training to support your development within the role
- Confident, positive and approachable
