We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to the transport planning team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in time in optimising transportation routes and ensuring the efficient movement of goods. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a good understanding of road transport. On job training will be provided. Shift: Monday to Friday Duties Transport planning * Supporting the planning team in executing the allocated plan daily and ensure the drivers and tanks are where they should be at the allotted time * Route planning support (will be trained in bulk powders) * To be a key point of contact for drivers * To assemble planning performance KPI’s for Senior Management and support planning functions in other * Phone calls and order entry & amendments Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal * Prior experience in a transport role * High level of computer literacy to navigate various software systems used in transport planning.
