Abbey Logistics – A UK and European, Industry Leading, food and non-food tanker Distribution Business are seeking to recruit the following;

HGV 1 Liquid Tanker Driver – Widnes
Experienced Night Tanker Driver

  • Full time permanent
  • Monday – Friday Nights
  • Must have tanker experience
  • Based at our Widnes depot
  • Food tanker both Oils and Chocolate (none ADR)
  • 10 hour guarantee per shift
  • Start times approx 1700-1830
  • £15.26for the first 20 weeks /£16.26there after
  • £1000 loyalty bonus after 12 months

The role of an Abbey Logistics Class1 Tanker Driver is to safely and efficiently, deliver customer products using bulk liquid tankers throughout the UK and into Europe if required.

Duties will include:

  • Collection & Delivery of liquid products in tankers (Oils & Chocolate) to and from customer locations
  • Keeping your vehicle in clean condition
  • Using your digital hand-held device to record all circle checks and deliveries
  • Following company procedures in accordance with strict industry guidelines

Experience

  • Hold a full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
  • Must hold a valid and up to date DCPC Card
