Abbey Hill Academy & College is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Department Lead to join our upper primary team.
You will lead and support the day-to-day management of main pathways, line-manage staff, and ensure a high standard of teaching in a KS2 class.
You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with experience in SEND in a special school setting, and you will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver an ambitious curriculum and positive outcomes for all learners.
