We are now seeking an inspirational leader to guide the school into the next phase of its improvement journey – building on strong foundations and driving it towards excellence in every respect. Committed to delivering the highest-quality education for local children, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a Principal who is eager to make a meaningful and lasting impact on pupils and the wider community.

To support you in achieving further progress, you will benefit from United Learning’s extensive expertise and resources, including dedicated specialists in education, finance, HR and technology. To lead this next stage of development, we are looking for an inspiring and highly effective school leader who believes exceptional academic achievement is always possible and who can unite a team to deliver this ambition with clarity and pace. Our principals play a central role not only in leading their own schools but also in contributing to the collective leadership of the group. By working together, we aim to offer more than any single school could achieve alone: we support and develop leaders, provide exceptional professional development for all staff, and broaden the opportunities available to children and young people.

We are committed to fairness, diversity and inclusion. We are actively working to increase the representation of Black, Asian and minority ethnic leaders at headship level and to ensure that the proportion of women in leadership reflects their representation across our wider workforce. Whoever you are, if you have a strong track record of improving young people’s education and the drive to achieve even more, we would be delighted to hear from you.
