A beautiful 65-bedded home with a Carehome.co.uk score of 9.7 and a CQC rating of Good. This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing, passionate and experienced leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care, building strong teams and creating a positive culture where both residents and colleagues can truly thrive.
We are seeking someone who shares our values, understands the importance of exceptional quality but never loses sight of the people at the heart of care.
What we are looking for:
- Experienced Home Manager within elderly care
- Strong operational and leadership experience
- A positive, supportive and enabling leadership style
- Ability to inspire, develop and retain high-performing teams
- Commercial awareness with a focus on quality outcomes
