Position: Behaviour Mentor (Support role or Unqualified Teacher role)
Salary Grade: 7
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per term (Term time + 1 week)
Responsibilities:
- Support the positive behaviour of students across the school.
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the behaviour provision.
- Provide a safe and calm time-specific learning environment for students who exhibit challenging learning behaviours, in line with the Student Support Team.
