We are currently looking for an Estate Operative to join us in 5*, high-end residential buildings in and around the City of London on a temporary basis. You will have the luxury of working with one of the largest, award-winning property management companies in the City of London. Our client offers shift flexibility, opportunities to go permanent, and training!
As an Estate Operative, you will be expected to:
- Perform janitorial maintenance of the communal areas including the waste area to ensure buildings remain tidy and in a well-presentable condition.
- Conduct daily inspections of the building and report any internal and communal related defects to the Property Manager/Building Operators.
- Hoover, polish, and sweep communal areas.
- Sweep the entrances and litter-pick (if necessary).
- Replace light bulbs and carry out repairs (if necessary).
- Complete ad hoc tasks as instructed by management.
- Correctly report any security/health issues.
