Working Hours: Varied shifts (8-10hrs) 0hr contract

Salary: £11.50-£12.89ph

Location: Various locations across City of London, roles may include South East & West London.

We have temporary caretaker opportunities for residential developments located across the City of London. As caretaker, day-to-day duties involve maintaining all areas of the building to a high standard.

Key duties:

  • Taking out and collecting the developments bins
  • Hoovering / Sweeping
  • Polishing
  • Litter-picking
  • Keeping daily log
  • Monitoring contractors on site
  • Small decoration and repair jobs (if necessary)
  • Fire alarm testing (dependent on site)
  • Use initiative to solve any problems on site
  • Maintaining communication with residents, property management and Abbatt
  • Ad hoc tasks as instructed by management

The ideal candidate will have experience gained within a similar residential, corporate or hotel background. You will also have:

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety processes
  • COSH training is desirable
