Working Hours: Varied shifts (8-10hrs) 0hr contract
Salary: £11.50-£12.89ph
Location: Various locations across City of London, roles may include South East & West London.
We have temporary caretaker opportunities for residential developments located across the City of London. As caretaker, day-to-day duties involve maintaining all areas of the building to a high standard.
Key duties:
- Taking out and collecting the developments bins
- Hoovering / Sweeping
- Polishing
- Litter-picking
- Keeping daily log
- Monitoring contractors on site
- Small decoration and repair jobs (if necessary)
- Fire alarm testing (dependent on site)
- Use initiative to solve any problems on site
- Maintaining communication with residents, property management and Abbatt
- Ad hoc tasks as instructed by management
The ideal candidate will have experience gained within a similar residential, corporate or hotel background. You will also have:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of Health and Safety processes
- COSH training is desirable
